What happens on the intro call?
A friendly 30-minute conversation. We'll learn about your business, your current tools, and the bottlenecks you'd like to fix. By the end you'll have a clear sense of whether Coquí is a fit — no pressure, no scripts.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Not really. If you have a sample invoice, contract, or a screenshot of your current setup, bring it — it helps us be specific. Otherwise just bring your questions.
Can I bring my team?
Absolutely. Add anyone from your team to the calendar invite. We'll send a Google Meet link 15 minutes before the call.
What if I need to reschedule?
The calendar invite includes a one-click reschedule link. Life happens — no need to email. Cancellations within an hour of the meeting time are appreciated.
Do you offer support in Spanish?
Sí, claro. Our team is fully bilingual. Pick whichever language you're most comfortable in and we'll roll with it.
